The Probe Calibration Tunnel is a conventional, open-jet pressure tunnel with three interchangeable nozzles, and it has adjustments for the independent control of pressure, temperature, and speed.
Test section pressure can be varied from 0.13 to 10 atmospheres and stagnation temperature can be set from 0 to 200 Fahrenheit. Its three interchangeable nozzles provide a speed range of Mach 0.05 – 3.5.
